Dein Verantwortungsbereich

Als Projektleiter bist du verantwortlich für die Einführung und Erweiterung unserer Softwarelösungen in der Finanzwirtschaft
Du nutzt Dein fachliches Interesse und Verständnis für Software und IT um Projekte erfolgreich umzusetzen
Du koordinierst alle relevanten Stakeholder, sowohl intern als auch extern
Dein Hauptaugenmerk liegt auf einer effizienten Projektdurchführung unter Berücksichtigung von Zeit, Budget und Qualität
In dieser Rolle berichtest Du direkt an die Geschäftsleitung

Deine Skills

Abgeschlossenes Studium in Informatik, Wirtschaftsinformatik, Wirtschaftswissenschaften oder Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen
Mindestens 5 Jahre Erfahrung in der (Teil-)Projektleitung von (internationalen) Softwareeinführungsprojekten
Technisches Verständnis für Themen wie Deployment, Schnittstellen-Management und die technische Bewertung von Kundenwünschen
Kaufmännisches Verständnis für Projektcontrolling und Reporting
Nachgewiesene Erfahrung im Bereich Financial Services oder Insurance, sowie erste Projekterfahrung / ein Interesse an Kapitalmärkten, dem Wertpapiergeschäft und dem (Quellen-)Steuerwesen sind von Vorteil
Überzeugende Kommunikationsfähigkeiten zur Konfliktlösung und Durchsetzung von Entscheidungen
Fließende Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse sowie Reisebereitschaft in Zentraleuropa

Your mission

As a project leader, you will be responsible for the implementation and expansion of our software solutions in the finance industry
You leverage your professional interest and understanding of software and IT to successfully execute projects
You coordinate all relevant stakeholders, both internally and externally
Your main focus is on efficient project execution, taking into account time, budget, and quality
In this role, you will report directly to the management team

Your Skills

Completed degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, Economics or Industrial Engineering
Minimum of 5 years of experience in (partial) project management of (international) software implementation projects
Technical understanding of topics such as deployment, interface management, and the technical evaluation of customer requirements
Commercial understanding for project controlling and reporting
Demonstrated experience in the Financial Services or Insurance sector, along with initial project experience/ interest in capital markets, securities business, and (withholding) tax law are advantageous
Convincing communication skills for conflict resolution and decision-making
Fluent in both German and English, with willingness to travel in Central Europe
