Account Executive Financial Institutions (m/f/d)

Your mission

  • You are responsible for generating new business and driving sustainable revenue growth, with a strong focus on recurring revenue (ARR) among large financial institutions and asset managers across EMEA.
  • You build a strong sales pipeline, develop opportunities throughout the entire sales cycle, and consistently lead them to successful closure.
  • You ensure a high level of forecast accuracy by managing your opportunities in a structured way and maintaining transparency in the CRM system.
  • You actively reflect market and customer requirements to Product Management, supporting the market-driven development of our solutions.
  • You ensure a smooth handover from Sales to Onboarding and Account Management, laying the foundation for long-term customer relationships and sustainable growth.

Your Skills

  • At least 5 years of experience in B2B enterprise sales, ideally with complex, consultative solutions (consultative selling).
  • Confidence in communicating at C-level and a strong interest in working closely with senior decision-makers.
  • Strong interest in RegTech / FinTech and enthusiasm for the financial industry and capital markets – deep domain expertise is not required; curiosity, motivation, and willingness to learn are key.
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to understand and navigate complex decision-making structures.
  • You communicate confidently in English and Italian, develop solid business cases, and lead deals pragmatically and purposefully to a successful close.
