Your mission

  • Be the first point of contact for our B2B clients and ensure their inquiries are resolved quickly and professionally.
  • Handle incoming support tickets via Jira Service Management with a strong focus on SLA compliance.
  • Provide clear and friendly communication to clients and internal teams.
  • Document solutions and contribute to our knowledge base for continuous improvement.

Your Skills

  • Experience in customer support, ideally in a B2B software environment.
  • Familiarity with Jira Service Management or similar ticketing systems.
  • Strong communication skills in German and English (spoken and written).
  • Solid IT understanding and ability to learn new software quickly.
  • A proactive mindset and enjoyment in helping clients succeed.
