Your mission

You manage your projects independently from planning and implementation through to billing. In doing so, you are the main point of contact for our customers and ensure their Business Central solutions run smoothly.
You facilitate workshops, analyze requirements (requirements engineering), and develop tailored concepts always keeping the customer’s business processes in mind.
You present ideas, coordinate with our developers when needed, and ensure the implementation fits the customer’s needs perfectly. Technical understanding is important, but your focus is on consulting.
You train users, optimize existing processes, and develop roadmaps for further improvements. Your service mindset and strong communication skills make the difference.
You work in an open, collaborative setup with direct contact to your teammates. Your expertise matters here not hierarchy.

You have around three years of relevant professional experience.
You have experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central ideally also with NAV.
You are a strong communicator, customer-focused, and enjoy explaining solutions.
You can convey complex topics in a clear, understandable way whether in workshops or 1:1 conversations.
You work independently, think in terms of business processes, and enjoy driving projects to success.
You have a strong service and customer orientation, excellent communication skills, and a professional, confident manner.
You communicate clearly and professionally in German and English, both in writing and verbally.
