Your mission

You actively manage our existing customers with the clear goal of unlocking sustainable revenue potential through upselling and cross-selling, while securing long-term growth.
You analyze customer profiles, identify gaps in current licenses, and develop concrete action plans to drive further growth.
You build long-term customer relationships, strengthen customer loyalty, and ensure measurable improvements in satisfaction.
Together with our Pre-Sales team, you guide the entire sales cycle consistently through to a successful close.
You document your activities carefully, maintain your deal pipeline transparently in the CRM, and track your progress reliably.

You bring at least 5 years of experience in B2B Account Management or Enterprise Sales, ideally with complex software solution.
You confidently engage at eye level with stakeholders and decision-makers, and present persuasively in both German and English.
You develop solid business cases and find creative, pragmatic ways to drive deals purposefully to close.
You enjoy navigating different decision-making structures and have a talent for bringing the right people to the table.
You have an interest in the software and finance industry. Deep expertise is not a must, but a willingness to learn and self-motivation are.
